Headquarters
The Headquarters Division provides technical support to all units of the Department. Through the purchasing, installation, and support in areas related to computers, telephones, and radios, the division facilitates communications both within the department and with other agencies. In addition, this division is responsible for the procurement, distribution, and maintenance of speed detection devices. The Headquarters Division is also assigned responsibility for the administration of security for the Headquarters facility. Under the command of Major Stewart Hicks, Headquarters Adjutant, this division includes the following sections:
As Headquarters Adjutant, Major Stewart Hicks oversees the daily operations of computer services, telecommunications and communications programs, facilities maintenance and construction, vehicle services, mailroom, property management, supply records management and headquarters security.
