 ve.\, Atlanta\, GA 30316.\nNOTE: UNPROTESTED APPLICATIONS DO NOT REQUIRE A
 N APPEARANCE BY APPLICANT. Applicants for Motor Carrier Interim Certificat
 es must appear in person at the hearing if application is protested and pr
 esent testimony. APPLICANTS WILL BE NOTIFIED BY THE DPS STAFF IF THEY NEED
  TO APPEAR.\n\n\n\n\nIMPORTANT: Any carrier or carrier's representative de
 siring to appear at a public hearing in opposition to an application seeki
 ng motor carrier authority\, or amendment to existing authority\, must not
 ify the applicant and the DPS of his intentions to appear at the hearing t
 o protest the application. Such notification shall be made by letter or fa
 x dispatched so as to reach the applicant and the DPS at least fifteen (15
 ) days prior to the assigned hearing date.\n\n\n\n\nIMPORTANT: Where a pro
