DESCRIPTION:Course cost:  There is no course cost for this seminar.  Pa
 rticipating departments and agencies will cover meals in transit and two o
 r three nights of lodging.  The training site will be held at the Epworth
  by the Sea Conference Center on St Simons Island\, GA. \n\nPlease visit 
 www.epworthbythesea.org for lodging information  (meals are included with
  room costs). The seminar\, meals\, and lodging are all on site.\n\nRegist
 rations will be handled on a first-come basis. When all slots have been fi
 lled\, a waiting list will be compiled based on date of receipt of registr
 ation. Upon receiving and approval of your registration\, OPSS staff will 
 contact you with further details. Spouses are encouraged to attend and wil
 l participate in the seminar and training.\n\nIf your spouse or significan
 t other is attending\, he/she should complete a separate registration form
