 nNotice is hereby given to all interested parties that the following addit
 ional matters have been assigned for hearing before the Department of Publ
 ic Safety (herein after referred to DPS) on August 14\, 2026\, 10:00 AM in
  the Georgia Department ofPublic Safety CVE Conference Room Suite 310 at 9
 59 United SE Ave.\, Atlanta\, GA 30316.\n\nNOTE: Unprotested applications 
 do not require an appearance by applicant. Applicants for Motor Carrier In
 terim Certificates must appear in person at the hearing if the application
  is protested and present testimony. Applicants will be notified by the DP
 S Staff if they need to appear. \n\nImportant: Any carrier or carrier’s
  representative wishing to protest a pending application\, or amendment to
  existing authority\, must submit their protest within (10) days of notice
  being posted to the Department's website in accordance with O.C.G.A. §40
 -1-110 and Department of Public Safety Rule 570-38-2-.07.\n\nWritten notic
 e of intent to protest should be submitted to Lt. Jones & SFC Crump via em
 ail at djones@gsp.net and jcrump@gsp.net.\n\nImportant: Where a protest to
  an application is received by the Department\, the HEARING DATE published
  herein for that Application is SUBJECT TO CHANGE. The status of each dock
