All Intoxilyzer 5000 Refresher classes are held on Thursday, unless otherwise indicated. For Refresher classes at GPSTC, please register by e-mail at [email protected] . Please include the officer(s) name, social security number, Intoxilyzer permit number and expiration date. If you register by e-mail, you will receive confirmation by e-mail.
To register for Intoxilyzer 5000 Refresher classes held at the Regional Law Enforcement Academies, please contact the respective academy directly. The phone numbers are included above for your convenience.
The suggested time frame for attending a Refresher class is within six months of the expiration date listed on the Operator’s Permit.
For information on registering officers for the 16 hour Basic Intoxilyzer Operator’s Course at GPSTC, contact the GBI at 404-244-2661.
Please do not fax or send Intoxilyzer Basic or Refresher registration forms to the Registration Office at the GPSTC. They are not involved in the registration process for these classes.
