SYNOPSIS OF PROPOSED GEORGIA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY RULE 570-6-2 TRANSPORTATION – TIRE CHAINS.
Purpose: The rules provide for specific equipment for tires that must be utilized by motor and commercial vehicles during a declared state of emergency for inclement weather conditions.
