Improper Passing of School Bus Violation Report

Every school bus driver who observes violation of subsection (a) of Georgia Code 40-6-163 is authorized and directed to complete this form furnished by the Department of Public Safety. This report should be submitted within 15 days of the occurrence of the the violation to the local law enforcement agency which has jurisdiction where the alleged offense occurred.
