ATLANTA—The Georgia State Patrol is making final preparations for the Christmas and New Year’s holiday travel periods. The Christmas holiday travel period will begin on Friday, December 23, at 6 p.m. and end at midnight on Monday, December 26.
The grant is for approximately $3.16 million, and will provide funding to continue the Georgia State Patrol (GSP) Nighthawks DUI Task Force and Administrative License Suspension (ALS) program.
