Service of Process Designee

Effective July 1, 2023, and pursuant to O.C.G.A. 50-21-35, the following individuals shall serve as designees for service of process for civil actions brought against the Georgia Department of Public Safety and/or the Public Safety Commissioner, in his official capacity:
